Two king bedrooms, one ensuite, one triple (double & single) bedroom, main bathroom with wet-room shower as well as a separate toilet with handbasin off the utility room. Beautifully finished hand painted kitchen – dining area with hand crafted furniture. Spiral staircase leading to spacious upstairs balcony with ocean views. Separate lounge with TV and gas coal - affect fire.

Convenient to Lahinch with its blue flag beach, championship golf course and indoor leisure pool and aquarium. The shortest ferry crossing to the Aran Islands runs from Doolin a number of times daily.
